The Aging and Disability Resource Connection of San Bernardino County

Quote, "In lifting others we rise."

The Aging and Disability Resource Connection of San Bernardino County (ADRCSB) was started by our county’s designated Independent Living Center (ILC), Rolling Start Inc., and designated Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Department of Aging and Adult Services of San Bernardino County, in November 2019.

The ADRC program serves older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers with information and access to available long-term services and supports (LTSS) at the local level.

ADRC of San Bernardino empowers individuals to consider all options, make informed decisions, and access community LTSS that help them meet their personal goals for independence. Based on the principle of a “no wrong door” system of entry, ADRCs build on the strength of existing community agencies, including our Area Agencies on Aging and Independent Living Center to provide a more coordinated system of information and access for all persons seeking LTSS. ADRCSB partner organizations minimize confusion, enhance individual choice, and support informed decision making.
